Full Membership:
RN’s with current AZ licenses working for an insurance company, a private member in the field of rehabilitation as a medical management consultant, or a rehabilitation professional.
Yearly Dues: $50.00      Or One-time Payment: $275.00

Associate Members:
Any person, agency, or individual interested in the purpose of the organization.
Yearly Dues: $100.00      Or One-time Payment: $370.00 (non transferable)

Monthly Meeting Sponsorship:
Monthly meeting sponsorship provides up to 10 minutes for product/company presentation. Contact the Education Committee for details.
Effective now, sponsorship for a monthly meeting is: $250.00
